• The company is renting huge ware housing facilities from M/S Henley Properties Limited & also has a commitment to support for establishing required infrastructures.
• The company has contracted few processing facilities to process the raw commodities identically.
• For insurance and collateral management services the company has engaged the service of Phoenix of Uganda Assurance Company Limited and ACE Audit control and expertise.

The Chief Executive and business head of Africa Agro Solutions Ltd. is Mr. Ashwin Desai. He has over 16 years' experience in agricultural and industrial management in India & Africa from conceptualization and technical feasibility through to financial management and implementation. Ashwin has a B.Sc. (Horticulture), M.Sc. (Agricultural Economics).
